The built-in louvered insulating glass is made up of glass, spacer inert gas, louver lifting system, aluminum spacer, sealant and desiccant. The thermal insulation performance of building exterior windows is divided into several grades according to its heat transfer coefficient K value in the classification and testing method of thermal insulation performance of external windows (GB/T8484-2002). Under the same condition, the K value of the heat transfer coefficient of ordinary single glass is about 6.0~6.5W/ (.K) (1 grade), the heat transfer coefficient of ordinary insulating glass is about 3.0W/ (.K) (6 grade) and the energy saving effect is improved by 50%, while the heat transfer coefficient K of the built-in blinds can reach 1.7~2.0W/.K (9 grade), and its thermal insulation effect is obviously better than that of the ordinary one. Characteristics of hollow blinds:         
1, Sun shading           
The shading coefficient of built-in louvered insulating glass is from Sc=0.18 to Sc=0.90. When the shutters are in vertical condition, they can satisfy the requirement of all areas in the GB50189-2005 public building energy efficiency design standard with shading coefficient. When the shutters are vertical, the shading coefficient is Sc=0.18; when the louver level level is shaded, the shading coefficient is Sc=0.83; when the louver leaves the state, the Sc=0.90 is turned off. The shading coefficient of the louver level and the retractable state is the shading coefficient of the glass, but when the shutters are vertical, the shading coefficient is Sc=0.18. The direct transmittance of solar energy is 0.16, indicating that there is still a certain degree of visible light in the interior when the shutters are vertical. It can effectively block the intense solar radiation in the south in summer, resulting in direct sunlight to the interior and improving the indoor light environment. 2, Energy saving           
The hollow shutters are made of high quality double glazing glass, double sided laminated glass, double sided Low-E glass and other imported aluminum shutters made in Japan. According to the test results of the national professional authority, the K value (heat conduction coefficient) of hollow blinds can be as low as 1.8, while the K value of ordinary insulating glass is 3, and the K value of single glass is generally 5.8.           

3, Dust prevention and fume prevention           
The biggest advantage of the hollow louver is its dust-proof, anti fume and anti pollution performance. At the same time, because of the application of high tech magnetic induction drive system, it is easier to open the shutter and lift up and down, and the blade is not clean, so as to save time, save money and save money.           

4. Fire resistance          
The hollow shutters are not exposed to open flames and do not release heavy smoke in the fire. Double layer tempered glass with aluminum louver also has the function of blocking flame propagation and effectively reducing the probability of fire. It is a very good fire protection product.           

5, Sound insulation           
Hollow glass can generally reduce indoor noise from RW - 86 decibels to indoor RW - 45 decibels. Hollow blinds can reduce indoor noise to less than RW-30 decibels, to ensure perfect sound insulation.
